Operating System Requirements by app platform

To successfully use Modus Communicate (Formerly App Data Room) on your device, you must be using the following operating system versions.  Please note that we recommend updating to the latest operating system when possible.  We cannot guarantee optimized app functionality with dated operating systems.  

iOS:  13.0.0 or above is fully supported by our support, QA, and dev team. If you are using an older version of an iOS device, you will be using the last version of App Data Room, Modus Communicate, or any custom app that Apple supports on that device platform (note that some security updates to older operating systems may stop the app from functioning)

Android: 8 or above

Windows: 8, 10

web app: Chrome (Recommended), Firefox, Edge, and Safari
