The Dashboard will provide the user with a snapshot of recent activity and trends from the mobile app. Dashboard reports on user activity, viewed media, follow-ups sent, and which categories are viewed.
When the user first logs into Media Manager, they will be directed to the Dashboard where brief analytics from the previous 7 days are displayed.
In the most recent update, we have added the ability to select a date range for the dashboard analytics.
Active users: Total number of users who accessed the app in the previous 7 days or within the date range selected.
Media viewed: Total number of media files viewed in the app by end-users in the previous 7 days or within the date range selected.
Follow-Ups sent: The number of follow-up emails sent to customers by end-users within the app in the past 7 days or within the date range selected.
Categories viewed: Total number of categories viewed in the app across by end-users in the previous 7 days or within the date range selected.
By scrolling down, the user will be able to see a more detailed account of the activity listed above. This includes the trends for the media views and follow-ups, showing which day media was viewed and how many times. By clicking on the daily indicators, the user will see the activity reflected per day for the past week. In the right hand corner of the Trends section is a link to “View Analytics” that will take the user to the Analytics page for a more expansive view of their account’s analytics.
Below the Trends section, the user is also able to view the last five media items that were uploaded and when they were uploaded, recently active users and when they were last active, recent follow-up users and when they were last active and any new notifications that have been sent.
ANALYTICS: Additional analytics can be viewed by clicking into the Analytics section under the Dashboard in the left sidebar.
From here you can view analytics from the selected date ranges.
The users will be shown pie charts and graphs for the Top 5 Media (the most viewed media files), Top 5 Media Viewers, Top 5 Categories, and the Top 5 Users of Follow-Up.
If you want to see the analytics for a specific area of the pie-chart, hovering over the sector or clicking on it will provide you with a graph of the usage by days as well as the percentage of the total.
Analytics offers up “Top 5” sections for Media, Media viewers (app users), Categories, and Users of Follow-Up.
Media
Top Five of the most viewed items: content that have been viewed by end-users.
Users
Top Five Media Viewers: the end-users who have accessed the most content
Follow Ups
Top Five Users of Follow Up: the end-users that have used the follow up functionality from within the app.
Categories
Top Five Popular Categories: the categories that have been viewed the most by end-users from within the app.
Users can run deeper and more comprehensive reports by clicking on the Export Reports button in the upper right hand corner of the Analytics page.
The user will be taken to the Reports page, where custom reports can be created. To create a custom report, the user will need to click on the “New Spreadsheet button:
A tool box will open up to add a name, date range, group, and report type.
There are three check boxes that you are able to select.

Users will want to make sure that they click on “Save”. The newly created report will show up in the Spreadsheets section of the Reporting page. The user can then choose to edit, close, download or delete the spreadsheet at any time.
Subscriptions:
In the Reports page, a user may also create an email subscription by clicking on the New Subscription button.
The user will be taken to the Reports page, where they can set up a subscription for themselves or other users. The user can choose a frequency, date the first email subscription will be received, and then a list of recipients. The user will want to make sure they tap “Save” when completed.
A full list of subscriptions will show up in the subscriptions section on the Reports page.
To send out a one time report for a subscription, you can return to the Reports page, go to the Subscriptions section, and tap the paper airplane button. This will send out a one time report to the established recipients. To add more recipients, you can tap the edit button to add more recipients.
